Business Consultant

You have seen digital transformations up close, more than once. You know what separates the ones that deliver from the ones that stall. You can walk into a client, ask the right questions, and leave with a structured set of use cases and a clear direction.

The work

You lead the strategic side of our client engagements. That means facilitating use case discovery workshops, building AI roadmaps, and developing business cases. You turn ambiguous AI ambitions into prioritised plans that our delivery teams can act on immediately.

In practice, you work across our core services: AI Strategy & Governance, AI readiness assessments, and AI roadmaps. You shape the scope, run the sessions, and make sure clients leave with clarity and direction.

What you bring

• Multiple cycles of experience in digital transformation or strategy consulting

• A strong ability to draw out use cases from clients and give them structure

• Confident working directly with senior and C-suite stakeholders

• Comfortable at strategic level: identifying business goals, sequencing roadmaps, setting priorities

• Affinity with AI and data concepts without needing to be technical

• Fluent in Dutch and English
