AI Adoption Lead
You are genuinely deep into AI. You use the tools daily, you keep up with what's new, and you can make sense of it for people who don't. You know how to take something complex and teach it so it sticks. You like being in front of a room as much as you like designing what happens in it, and you understand that real growth comes from structured development and people learning together, not from a one-off session.
The work
Half your time goes to creating and delivering AI training: running hands-on sessions, designing AI Literacy programmes for different audiences and skill levels, and showing people how to actually put AI to work day-to-day.
A quarter of the role is community building. You bring together C-level and manager-level people across the industries we operate in (maritime, manufacturing and logistics) and create a space where these like-minded leaders share ideas, compare notes, and push each other forward.
The final quarter is owning our internal L&D programme through our Learned platform. You set up growth and development plans, structure the professional development journey, and make Learned the place our team turns to in order to keep levelling up.
What you bring
Experience designing and delivering training or L&D programmes for mixed technical and non-technical audiences
Deep, hands-on fluency with AI tools that you use constantly and stay on top of as they change
A real talent for explaining AI clearly to people who find it intimidating
The instinct to build and grow a community, especially among senior and manager-level people
Comfortable running an L&D programme on a platform like Learned, with structured growth and development plans
Fluent in Dutch and English
