AI Project Lead
Own AI projects from intake to adoption, and make sure they actually get used
You have led technology and innovation projects in a B2B setting, more than once. You bring structure to complexity, keep momentum when the path isn't fully mapped, and take ownership of the result. You move easily between the client, the delivery team and the technology, and you're comfortable steering engineers without needing to be one yourself.
The work
You lead the delivery side of our client engagements, owning AI projects from the first intake all the way through to adoption on the ground.
Most of your time, around two-thirds, goes to running those projects: owning scope, planning, helping engineers and clearing blockers, running the Agile rhythm of sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives, and acting as the client's first point of contact through to user acceptance. You keep two to three projects moving in parallel, keeping momentum high and making sure solutions don't just go live; they get used.
The remaining third is pre-sales and scaling. You join discovery to scope use cases and shape client proposals, and you build the project processes and best practices that let Reshaped deliver consistently as it grows.
What you bring
Multiple cycles of leading technology or innovation projects in a B2B context
A strong grip on project delivery, stakeholder management and operational execution
The instinct to bring structure to complexity and keep momentum when the path is uncertain
An entrepreneurial mindset and quick adaptability in a fast-moving environment
A technical background or strong affinity with AI and software (a plus, not a must)
Fluent in Dutch and English
